- You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing orders.
- We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion if fraud, non-compliance, or unlawful activity is suspected.
2. Firearm Purchases
- All firearm sales must comply with federal, state, and local laws.
- Firearms will only be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer.
- The buyer is responsible for ensuring the firearm purchased is legal to own in their state or locality.
- Background checks are required for all firearm transfers. If you fail a background check, you will be responsible for return shipping and a restocking fee (see Return Policy).
3. Ammunition Purchases
- You must be at least 21 years old to purchase handgun ammunition and 18 years old to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition.
- Ammunition sales are final and non-returnable.
- Certain states and municipalities restrict or prohibit ammunition sales. It is your responsibility to know and comply with these laws.
4. Compliance with Laws
- Laws governing firearms and accessories vary widely and are subject to change without notice.
- While we strive to provide accurate information, the customer is solely responsible for understanding and complying with all laws in their area before making a purchase.
- US Patriot Firearms is not liable for any purchases that violate state, local, or federal laws.
5. Returns & Exchanges
- Firearms: All new firearms must be inspected before transfer. Once transferred, firearms are considered used and cannot be returned. Defective firearms must be returned directly to the manufacturer.
- Used Firearms: Eligible for return within 30 days of transfer if found defective.
- Accessories: Returns accepted only if defective upon receipt and returned within 30 days in original packaging. Installed or mounted accessories cannot be returned.
- Ammunition & Components: All sales are final and non-returnable.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective. A 10% restocking fee may apply in certain cases.
6. Pricing & Payment
- Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
- We accept approved payment methods listed at checkout.
- Sales tax will be collected on all orders shipped to or picked up in Oklahoma (currently 8.625%).
7. Order Cancellations
- Orders canceled before shipment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Orders canceled due to failed background checks, incorrect orders, or refusal to accept delivery are subject to shipping costs and restocking fees.
8. Limitation of Liability
- US Patriot Firearms is not responsible for damages resulting from misuse, modification, or improper handling of firearms, ammunition, or accessories.
- We make no warranty beyond those provided by the manufacturer.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

- Customer information is used solely for processing orders and will not be sold or shared with unauthorized third parties.
- We take reasonable steps to protect your information but cannot guarantee against cyber threats or unauthorized access.
